Purchasing Donor Sperm

Purchasing donor sperm is an important part of your journey, and we’re here to make it as smooth as possible. It’s important to know what tests and information you’ll need, such as your CMV status and genetic screening results, and how to choose the right sperm vial for your treatment plan. We’re here to assist you and make the process easier.

Sperm banks will provide you with a questionnaire of characteristics to help select possible donors. Please refer to our website FAQs for specifics on testing procedures, privacy policies, etc.

Patients are responsible for placing the order for their donor sperm and having it shipped to us. We can place the order if it is required by a patient’s insurance company.
