Perhaps you’ve taken advantage of the flexibility and convenience provided by egg freezing and now you’ve found the perfect partner. It is Mid Iowa Fertility’s policy to have chaperones in exam rooms only if requested by a patient. Please contact any of our medical staff with questions on this policy.

As integral members of the Mid-Iowa Fertility community, we want you to be first to know about a small update to our pricing. Making you successful is at the core of what drives us every day. We are proud to have worked with more than 2,500  patients last year on their journey to parenthood. We are equally excited by the level of success achieved. It is always our mission to bring you the highest quality of care. As we move into the new year we are focused on continuing to bring you exceptional care and outcomes. In order to achieve this mission, we are instituting a small price increase. This adjustment allows us to invest in processes and technology designed to improve your experience. You will see this increase in the following fees: semen analysis $125.00,insemination $300.00, sperm wash $300.00, sonohysterogram $865.00, embryo biopsy $1,800.00, embryo transfer $725.00, short term semen freezing (less than 30 days) $100.00, semen processing and storage during quarantine $450.00.

FAQs:

How will this impact me?  Self-pay patients will continue to be responsible to pay for services at the time of service. Patients with insurance benefits may see an increase in co-insurance.
When will this adjustment take place? Effective February 1st 2022.
Are there exclusions? We do have record of those who have received a quote of IVF fees prior to February 1st 2022.  We intend to offer that quote until May 1st 2022.
