Dr. Young, a prominent figure in the field of reproductive medicine, founded Mid-Iowa Fertility in 1993 and has since held the role of Medical Director at the practice. His extensive journey in the medical field has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a dedication to helping individuals and couples realize their dreams of parenthood.

Dr. Young's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Drake University, which he earned in 1981. Subsequently, he pursued his medical education at Des Moines University, successfully completing his studies and graduating in 1985. Dr. Young's pursuit of knowledge did not end there, as he embarked on a rigorous internship at the University of Iowa, followed by a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at David Grant USAF Medical Center, Travis AFB, California, which concluded in 1989.
