As part of Mid Iowa Fertility’s annual lab maintenance and cleaning, our IVF lab will be closed from July 26^th – August 9^th, 2026, and no IVF cycles will occur during this time. If you have any questions or concerns about your treatment timeline, please reach out to your nurse.

All other services, including IUI, will continue as normal during these dates.

We want to share an important update regarding our clinic hours and scheduling.

While we have previously been open 7 days a week, due to recent staffing and laboratory changes, our clinic will no longer be open on Sundays. We appreciate your understanding as we make these adjustments to continue providing the highest quality care.

Please note the following important reminders:

Positive ovulation kits: Patients must call between 8:00–9:00 AM to report a positive surge on ovulation kit.
If we do not receive your call within that timeframe, there is a possibility we may not be able to accommodate a same-day IUI.

Cycle day 2/3 Fertility Testing Appointments: These will now be scheduled Monday through Friday.
